Husband and father of three daughters, Mark Orozco understands the importance of quality schools and of opportunities to succeed. As an advocate for families, he has helped provide resources to underprivileged children and struggling families, worked to increase open space and libraries, and supported initiatives to expand after-school programs that keep kids safe.
As a Teacher and former School Board Trustee, Mark Orozco worked hard to make Beaumont Unified School District #1 in Riverside County, reducing cost and eliminating waste to make sure every possible dollar made it into the classroom. During Mark's tenure, he served on the special budget committee which succeeded in maintaining a balanced budget ensuring fiscal solvency despite the challenging financial climate.
