Dear Friends and Neighbors,
We hear all the time that California is broken! The budget is in crisis, our education system ranks among the lowest in the country, our crime rates are among the highest in the nation, and jobs are quickly disappearing from our state. We live in a time where both Californian and United States Politicians have forgotten about the average Joe and the working middle class. With the new redistricting lines, our district is going to change and we are going to need new representation. Politicians from one political party have dominated this district for the past few decades. The truth is, representation has broken down, not California! We need to make California relevant again. We need to rebuild California to what it once was.
It is time to stand up! Enough is Enough! At the end of the day, there are basic notions of common sense and personal civic responsibility that all Californian's can agree on. THE CALIFORNIA PEOPLE ARE FED UP WITH PARTISANSHIP...THEY WANT CITIZENSHIP!
As a political outsider, I look at things differently than the way most established politicians look at things. I believe in simplicity, and I believe in the United States Constitution. I want to represent with diversity of thought, background, and circumstance that is found in our cities, our towns, and our neighborhoods of our district. I want to create a meeting point for all Californian citizens, seeking a common ground and collective action to strengthen our democracy.
A strong leader with strong supporters can bring about a complete change in the way government operates and in how individuals interact with and are involved with government. I hold myself to a high standard, and I don't ask anything of others that I am not willing to do myself. This is why I believe that I am that kind of strong leader that this district and California needs representing them in Sacramento. That is why I'm running for California State Assembly. I truly believe, together we can make a difference.
